Ronnie did the inspection of our house on Sept 3rd. We called him just the day before and he was able to come the next day no problem (even if it was the Labor Day weekend). He was quick to respond to us. He did the inspection for 2 hrs, was very thorough, and explained every issue/concern to us. He also gave us tips/ pointers for some issues. Then he emailed us a detailed report within the next couple hrs. After a couple days I clarified some matters with him and he called me to explain my questions. He is hands down easy to talk to, reliable and super helpful. I can't recommend him enough for any home inspections! Please give this guy a call if u need a house inspection!

Ronnie helped me for an inspection on a condo. He did great work checking everything thoroughly, running any water test and checking the electrical. He even started early to check the outside of the building. He’s equipped with thermal tools to check for suspected leaks. Very affordable if you are looking for a good rate with great service.Highly recommend.
